#### I'm an engineering manager, but before my career in tech, I was a public school teacher. After 8 years of teaching history, I made a wild move to learn software engineering and have been there ever since, building APIs and frontends for lots of different projects.

#### I'm a different kind of EM in that I'm ..... well.....human. Yeah, KPIs are good as are stand ups, but nothing beats having a team leader that will listen to you and help you be your best
